When Advanced is selected, the security tab becomes visible. You need to use the View menu and select Advanced from the Action menu. The reason you did not see anything related to security is that by default the security information is hidden. I open up Active Directory Users and Computers and I do not see anything about security settings. I have absolutely no idea how to do this.
